Credit Approved
customers only who agree to pay by direct debit by Credit
Card for the life of the contract. Minimum monthly
spend:$34.95, minimum cost over 24 months: $838.80 excluding
any additional usage costs. Early Exit Fee $19 x months left
on contract. Device Recovery Fee of $249 applies if you do
not connect within 30 days of Device being sent to you.
Price shown does not include costs incurred to obtain
subscriptions, such as but not limited to to download music
tracks, clips and games. Included data subject to 1 month
expiry and for use in Australia only. Charges apply for
additional/excluded data usage. $34.95 access available to
customers who connect between 1 Dec 08 & 31 Jan 09. Offer
applies to access fees only, customers will be liable to pay
for any excess data usage. 1st bill will contain access fee
on a pro rata basis from date of connection to start date of
first full monthly billing period and first full monthly
access fee payable in advance. Paperless billing applies.
High speed
data services available in existing 3G areas. 3G available
in selected metro areas of most capital cities and regional
centres. Outside 3G broadband areas, Regional Connect Mobile
Internet operates at slower access and downloads speeds. For

Although your contract (and liability to pay an Early
Termination Payment, such as a Device Recovery Fee)
commences with your acceptance of these terms and
conditions, the 24 month commitment period will not commence
