Techno's Suggestions:
The shaped plans are great value for money, however if your a business on the move, and you appreciate have your connection on all the time at full speed, then the excess plan is the way to go.  The 512/128 is suitable for 1-3 computers, with the 1500/256 and DSl2+ plans being cost effective.  We recommend the 8meg plans for those businesses who are not serviced by ADSL2+ but need the speed.

NOTES
1. Excess data is charged at 10c meg 
2. Account must be paid by auto debit to a credit card.
3. Includes phone line rental but excludes telephone calls
4. Min contract period is 12 months.  Early termination fees do apply.
5. ADSL Setup Costs are $120 for a new connection, $44 for a fast churn. ADSL2+ setup fees vary please enquire
6. Modem is not included in the setup cost unless stated
7. Static IP is available upon request.
8. Late fees do apply, and do fees for rejected credit cards.
9. Speed modifications costs are $44 per change
10. Plan changes (same speed) are done at the end of the current billing cycle
11. Data Packs are not available for purchase.
12. For the purposes of calculating usage, 1GB = 1000 megabytes
 

Other important information

  1. If you cancel your DSL service within the contract period, you will be required to pay out the monthly fee for the remainder of the contract. Should you relocate during the contract period, you will be required to pay for a new connection and the contract will recommence.
  2. Suspension of your broadband account is not available.
  3. Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for service connection to be completed (unless otherwise notified). Connection time is also dependant on port availability.
  4. Each DSL account is only for use with the phone number and address as indicated on the application. Each account is not transportable unless the customer is moving
    premises.
  5. Customers wishing to change their nominated DSL phone line or who transfer their DSL phone line to new premises will incur a new set up fee. The new phone line is subject to DSL availability, service connection delay and port availability..
  6. The telephone line must be a normal telephone line.
    Incompatible line services include but not limited to  OnRamp (ISDN), Ported Numbers, VoiP and Satellite Services
