Multilink required a linux box with our propriety software to function.  This cost is available upon request.
All corporate plus have a 24 month commitment.  Early terminations do apply.   (Costs are remaining months x plan)
For the purposes of calculating usage, 1GB = 1000 megabytes

Business DSL Support is 24/7. You have access to the technicians when you need it. (You have a separate number for support)

Other important information

  • A. If you cancel your DSL service within the contract period, you will be required to pay out the monthly fee for the remainder of the contract. Should you relocate during the contract period, you will be required to pay for a new connection and the contract will recommence.
  • B. Suspension of your broadband account is not available.
  • C. Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for service connection to be completed (unless otherwise notified). Connection time is also dependant on port availability.
  •      Each DSL account is only for use with the phone number and address as indicated on the application. Each account is not transportable unless the customer is moving
         premises.
  • D. Customers wishing to change their nominated DSL phone line or who transfer their DSL phone line to new premises will incur a new set up fee. The new phone line is subject to DSL availability, service connection delay and port availability..
  • E. The telephone line must be a normal telephone line.
    Incompatible line services include but not limited to  OnRamp (ISDN), Ported Numbers, VoiP and Satellite Services
