1. Payment is by Credit Card Only. 2.Support is available only for connection issues only, and web based email. You can use any email client, but no support will available. 3. Early Termination Fee of $132 applies to all plans if cancelled between month 1-6 and $99 from month 6-12 4. All unlimited plans have a Dynamic IP 5. Connection Fee of $120 applies to all new connections and a $25 churn fee should you have a connection with a provider who facilitates fast churn 6. Ports below 1100 are blocked. (No exceptions) 7. No Servers permitted. 8. During Business Hours all p2p traffic is prioritised. (Mon-Saturday 7:30am to 9:30pm) 9. These plans are UNSHAPED!!! Means no slowing down when you reach your limit. (there are no limits) 10. Suspension of your broadband account is not available. 11. Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for service connection to be completed (unless otherwise notified). Connection time is also dependant on port availability. 12. Each DSL account is only for use with the phone number and address as indicated on the application. Each account is not transportable unless the customer is moving premises. 13. Customers wishing to change their nominated DSL phone line or who transfer their DSL phone line to new premises will incur a new set up fee. The new phone line is subject to DSL availability, service connection delay and port availability. 14. The telephone line must be a normal telephone line. Incompatible line services include but not limited to OnRamp (ISDN), Ported Numbers, VoiP and Satellite Services 15. Prices quoted are for a manual signup. Prices for Online signup maybe cheaper, and will be honoured for the term of your agreement. Agreements may be renewed during the last month of its currency.

5. ADSL Setup Costs are $120 for a new connection, $44 for a fast
churn. ADSL2+ setup fees vary please enquire

7. Static IP is available upon request.
Ports below 1010 are blocked. May be removed upon request.
8. Late fees do apply, and do fees for rejected credit cards.
9. Speed modifications costs are $44 per change
10. Plan changes (same speed) are done at the end of the current
billing cycle
11. Data Packs are not available for purchase.

DSL2+ plans are shaped to 128/64 once quota is exceeded
13. For the purposes of calculating usage, 1GB = 1000 megabytes
14. Unlike plans above P2P is not prioritised during business
hours.
Other important information
A. If you cancel your DSL service within the contract period,
you will be required to pay out the monthly fee for the remainder of
the contract.
Should you relocate during the contract period, you
will be required to pay for a new connection and the contract will
recommence.
B. Suspension of your broadband account is not available.
C. Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for service
connection to be completed (unless otherwise notified). Connection
time is also dependant on port availability.
