Terms and Conditions

NOTES

* Zone 1 pricing only, Zone 2 is subject to an additional $10/month fee
** Zone 1 pricing only, Zone 2 is subject to an additional $20/month fee

1. Data allowances are shown as peak/offpeak.
2. Accounts must be paid by auto debit to a credit card.
3.Where applicable monthly fee includes a line rental, but does not include call usage.
4. Min contract period is 24 months.  Early termination fees do apply.
5. ADSL Setup Costs are FREE
6. Modem is not included in the setup cost unless stated
7. Static IP is available upon request for $2.20 per month.
8. Late fees do apply, and do fees for rejected credit cards.
9. Speed modifications costs are $44 per change
10. Plan changes (same speed) are done at the end of the current billing cycle
11. Data Packs are not available for purchase.
12. DSL2+ plans are shaped to 256/64 once quota is exceeded
13. For the purposes of calculating usage, 1GB = 1000 megabytes

Other important information

A. If you cancel your DSL service within the contract period, you will be required to pay a cancelation fee of $250.00.
     Should you relocate during the contract period, you will be required to pay for a new connection and the contract will recommence.
B. Suspension of your broadband account is not available.
C. Please allow a minimum of 4 working days for service connection to be completed (unless otherwise notified). Connection time is also dependant on port availability.
     Each DSL account is only for use with the phone number and address as indicated on the application. Each account is not transportable unless the customer is moving
     premises.
D. Customers wishing to change their nominated DSL phone line or who transfer their DSL phone line to new premises will incur a new set up fee.
    The new phone line is subject to DSL availability, service connection delay and port availability..
E. The telephone line must be a normal telephone line.
     Incompatible line services include but not limited to  OnRamp (ISDN), Ported Numbers, VoiP and Satellite Services
